Your information is yours to share. So, any detail you share with Fairy Finds Jewelry, whether it’s your wrist/necklace size, email, phone number, address, or payment information, it will stay between you and me. 

To help you enjoy the magic of your purchase, there is a 14-day warranty on all pieces you buy, and that warranty doesn’t start until your purchase arrives at your door. This way, you can report any and all issues you might have. For more information on how the warranty and return policy works, read Shipping and Returns below.

Your reviews of me and my work are encouraged, so please feel free to visit the reviews tab for a link to a form you can fill out to tell me how I’m doing. I check for reviews every day, and I aim to provide the best products and customer service. Therefore, reviews that don’t meet my own high standards mean that I will figure out how we can best address your concerns.

Shipping & Returns

As of right now, all shipping is conducted through USPS. This means that the time it takes to ship to you can vary depending on busy seasons such as November and December. You will be sent a tracking number after your package is dropped off at the post office.
It is likely that insurance will be purchased during shipping to make sure that everything arrives safe and sound, and both you and I will not incur losses if an act of God happens between your new jewelry leaving my hands and being placed in yours.

Return & Exchange Policy
All Fairy Finds Jewelry is under a two-week warranty. If your items arrive damaged or break within the first two weeks, email fairyfindsjewelry@outlook.com with photos of your damaged product.

If possible, you will be offered a new replacement at no extra cost to you. However, many pieces are one-of-a-kind, so it may not be possible to get you an exact replica. In those cases, you will be offered either a full refund, or an exchange of an equal-value item, or if your damaged jewelry is the only piece in your heart, then I may be able to source more materials to recreate it and send it to you.

Please note: if you opt for the recreate option, it may take a longer time to get your new jewelry to you depending on the availability of materials and my schedule to acquire them. If you have all of the materials, I can recreate the piece after you mail the broken jewelry back at no cost to you.


If your item breaks after the 14-day warranty (which starts the second your package is delivered), but you believe the damage is the result of my construction or an act of God rather than your natural lifestyle, go ahead and email fairyfindsjewelry@outlook.com with images of your product and an explanation of what happened. Often, I will be willing to fix or send you replacement jewelry for a reasonable cost.

Important Note:
Within a week of your product arriving at your door, you should receive an email with a link to leave a review of your jewelry. If for whatever reason you do not receive this email, you can always submit a review from the FFJ website under Reviews, or email fairyfindsjewelry@outlook.com. ​I check for new reviews every day, so if I see a review containing concerns about the quality of the jewelry received, I send out an email right away to see how I can fix it. Make sure you fill out that review or send an email within the first two weeks to ensure that if there are issues, they are covered under the two-week warranty.

Payment Methods

If you are coming to a craft fair/farmers market to purchase items in person, Fairy Finds Jewelry accepts cash, credit, debit, Venmo, and Zelle. Please note that Cash App and checks are not accepted at craft fairs. Otherwise, online payments are standard and all information is kept as private and secure as possible.
